Dr. Allen most recently served as Chief of Cardiac Surgery at Memorial Healthcare System in Hollywood, Florida. He also served as the Medical Director of the Heart Institute as well as the Chief of Cardiothoracic Surgery at Osceola Regional Medical Center in Kissimmee, Florida. Dr. Gary Allen earned his medical degree from Albany Medical College in Albany, New York. Following his graduation from medical school, Dr. Allen completed his residency training in Surgery at University of Texas Health Sciences Center in Houston, Texas. Dr. Allen also completed a Cardiothoracic Surgery fellowship at the University of Utah in Salt Lake City, Utah. He is board certified in General Surgery and Cardiothoracic Surgery.
